Who Can Attend?
Anyone in the Moon Baseball organization is welcome to attend and volunteer. Head coaches should plan to be on-site by 10:00 AM.
⚾ What We’ll Be Doing
- Installing batting cage nets
- Dragging and prepping fields
- Cleaning dugouts
- Stocking equipment sheds
- Cleaning up leaves and building structures
Board members will be on site throughout the day to answer questions and share more about our organization and facilities.
This is a great opportunity to give back, meet other families, and help prepare our fields for an exciting season.
📦 Head Coaches – Equipment Pickup & Return
At the beginning of the spring season, head coaches will be issued team equipment. Each bucket is bar-coded for tracking purposes.
Equipment pickup: Saturday, March 21st at Baker Complex.
The same equipment (excluding baseballs) must be returned at the end of the season.
If you cannot attend in person, please arrange for someone to pick up your equipment on your behalf.

- T-Ball: Bucket, Tee, Scorebook
- Modified T-Ball: Bucket, Tee, Scorebook
- Midget: Bucket, Scorebook
- Minor: Bucket, Scorebook, Pitch Counter
- Little & Pony: Bucket, Scorebook, Pitch Counter, One set of catcher’s gear
